| Abstract: |
Ho Chi Minh’s educational philosophy serves as a foundational guideline for modernizing political theory pedagogy in Vietnam’s higher education. This paper analyzes Ho Chi Minh’s core views on education, emphasizing learner-centricity, the integration of theory with practice, interactive dialogue, and lifelong self-study. In response to the limitations of traditional teaching methods in the digital era and aligned with the Party’s resolutions on comprehensive educational reform, the study proposes five key groups of solutions: (1) integrating theory with practice, (2) transitioning to active teaching, (3) accelerating digital transformation and utilizing models like blended learning and flipped classrooms, (4) enhancing instructors’ pedagogical and inspirational capacities, and (5) fostering a collaborative, critical, and creative classroom culture. These solutions aim to elevate teaching quality, foster critical thinking, and build a generation of students who are professionally capable, politically firm, and socially responsible. |
