| Abstract: |
This article focuses on the protection of children's rights under the current provisions of Vietnamese criminal law. It synthesizes and analyzes criminal legal measures aimed at preventing and addressing acts of child abuse, emphasizing the rigor and deterrent power of the law. The cited research examines the current legal framework, its enforcement in practice, and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of child protection in the context of international integration. The paper evaluates achievements and limitations, and offers recommendations for improving the criminal law system regarding child protection in Vietnam. |
