Labor relations are related to the personal identity of the employee, that is, the health, life, honor and dignity of the employee. The right to protect honor and dignity of labor is an important condition for maintaining labor relations, thereby improving productivity, quality of labor, and increasing competitivenessand a strong position for employers in the market. It is always necessary to study theoretical issues, evaluate the situation of the promotion and implementation of the law on the right to work in the safe environment of workers. Therefore, the writer understands and wants to comprehensively evaluate the provisions of labor law on this issue. |
