| Abstract: |
Meo Vac is a mountainous district of Ha Giang province, which has many advantages in terms of natural landscape, ethnic cultural identity and typical terrain suitable for community-based tourism. However, tourism development here is still spontaneous, unconnected and unsustainable. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the article has proposed solutions to develop community-based tourism in the direction of a circular economy, such as raising awareness among people about circular community-based tourism, developing a closed value chain in the community, reusing and minimizing waste generated in tourism, restoring and developing traditional cultural and handicraft products, applying information technology in management, coordinating between people, businesses and local authorities to develop sustainable tourism, contributing to increasing income and preserving indigenous culture. The application of circular economy will help improve economic efficiency, minimize environmental impacts and create a friendly destination image. |
