The article addresses the issue of illegal drug trafficking crimes committed by ethnic minorities in Thai Nguyen Province over a five-year period, from 2018 to 2022. The author identifies the root cause of this problem and proposes measures to prevent and improve the effectiveness of combating these crimes.
