                                | Abstract: | Nowadays, the working competency of sales staff has not satisfied the requirements of work in the sales department. Some requirements from the department as well as GAET Corporation were not complete and achieved successful results. Therefore, researching some way to enhance the staffs’ competency in the sales department of GAET Corporation. The research was designed to focus on some key objectives: Clarify GAET corporation’s requirements for salesmen competencies; Analyze current competencies of sales staff in GAET corporation; Find out the gap between the requirement and current competencies of salesmen; Propose suggestion and solution to face with current problems and improve working competency of salesmen at sales department. |
