Abstract: This study aimed to explore the viewpoints of teacher-implementers at Manuto Integrated School concerning the implementation of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) policy. Employing a qualitative-phenomenological research design, the research conducted in-depth interviews with five seasoned teacher-implementers to gain a deeper understanding of the NCLB program's impact. The thematic analysis of the interview data identified significant themes, including concerns related to promotion and progression, as well as the delicate balance between educational accountability and societal implications. The study's findings underscore the importance of considering teacher perspectives in shaping educational policies and practices. By providing valuable insights into the experiences and perceptions of those directly involved in implementing the NCLB policy, this research contributes to ongoing discussions on policy enhancements and revisions aimed at improving the effectiveness and equity of educational initiatives, such as NCLB. The study emphasizes the need for collaborative efforts between policymakers, educators, and stakeholders to address the complexities and challenges in education policy implementation, ultimately striving for a more inclusive and impactful educational system.
