| Abstract: |
Foreign language students, especially female students, in addition to requirements for communication skills, professional knowledge... also need a general physical foundation to meet health standards and ensure professional work. In this article, we conducted a survey and detailed analysis of the physical fitness of students at the School of Foreign Languages - Thai Nguyen University to find out the current situation and propose measures to increase physical fitness for special students. are students with weak physical strength who do not meet the general requirements. This makes an important contribution to improving students' health during their studies at school as well as preparing for their future careers |
