| Abstract: |
Labor leasing activities in Vietnam have been developing rapidly in the context of an increasingly flexible and globally integrated labor market. The current legal framework, including the Labor Code 2019, Decree 145/2020/ND-CP, and related legal documents, has established stringent regulations to govern labor leasing, protect workers' rights, and ensure transparency and fairness in labor relations. However, practical implementation reveals numerous shortcomings, such as restricted industry lists, challenges in dispute resolution, and violations of workers' rights. This article analyzes the legal status and practical implementation of labor leasing laws in Vietnam, proposing solutions to enhance management efficiency and safeguard workers' rights. |
