Abstract: ABSTRACT This action research explores the impact of collaborative leadership between teachers and administrators on classroom practices and student achievement in the Division of Valencia City. Amid ongoing educational reforms and challenges, the study investigates how structured collaboration can bridge the gap between school management directives and effective classroom implementation. Through the Collaborative Partnership Initiative (CPI), professional learning communities, workshops, and peer mentoring, the intervention fostered open communication, shared decision-making, and mutual support. Qualitative data from focus group discussions, interviews, observations, and reflective journals, alongside quantitative participation and achievement metrics, were analyzed using thematic and descriptive methods. Results indicate significant increases in teacher participation in decision-making, professional development, and peer observation, leading to enhanced teacher morale, job satisfaction, and perceptions of administrative support. Most notably, these collaborative efforts correlated with a measurable improvement in student achievement. Key themes identified include trust and openness, professional growth, and challenges in time management, all of which influenced the sustainability and effectiveness of collaborative practices. The study concludes that fostering a culture of trust, shared responsibility, and continuous professional growth through collaborative leadership not only empowers teachers but also leads to improved educational outcomes for students. The findings underscore the importance of institutionalizing collaborative practices within school systems and provide actionable recommendations for policy and practice, benefiting not only Valencia City but also other educational contexts facing similar challenges.
