| Abstract: |
Employer feedback on student satisfaction is an important channel of information that universities must consider to determine the appropriateness and responsiveness of their training programs and curriculum. This report uses a survey with 29 questions as the main data collection tool of 37 employers. Research results show that most employers are satisfied with the Chinese language training program. However, there are still some suggestions to improve the training program. From those suggestions, the author gives some suggestions to improve the training program and increase the level of satisfaction of employers with the training program. |
