| Abstract: |
The study analyzed the labor productivity of Thai Nguyen province using the shift-share analysis approach and data from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Statistical Yearbook. The results show that the within-sector effect plays an important role in the quality of labor productivity growth in the province. Although province's labor productivity growth is based on productivity growth in the industrial and construction sectors, labor productivity growth in this sector has decreased trend in recent years. Based on the analysis results, the study has proposed some recommendations to improve the quality of labor productivity growth in the province. |
