| Abstract: |
The article analyzes situation of crime of organizing illegal drug use in Vietnam; evaluates the limitations and obstacles in the provisions of Article 255 of the 2015 Criminal Law (amended, supplemented in 2017) on the crime of organizing illegal drug use. From there, some solutions are proposed to improve the provisions of the Criminal Law on the crime of organizing illegal drug use in Viet Nam today. |
