Abstract: The primary purpose of this study was to determine the predictors of conflict management among school administrators, considering their adversity quotient for the school year 2025–2026. The participants of the study were 246 public elementary and secondary school administrators in the Division of Bukidnon, Philippines. This study employed a descriptive-correlational research design, utilizing descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analyses. The findings revealed that school administrators were competent and skilled in leadership, particularly in school-community linkages and public relations. The school administrators were found to possess a high adversity quotient across all its components. Results further indicated that adversity quotient, and conflict management have a significant relationship. Among the identified predictor, reach was found to significantly influence the conflict management of school administrators.
