By analyzing diverse models, the study identifies key elements that contribute to successful education systems, including collaborative leadership, comprehensive curriculum frameworks, and continuous professional development for educators. Findings suggest that integrating stakeholder participation and evidence-based policies promotes improved educational outcomes. Capacity-building initiatives and data-driven decision-making emerge as crucial components for sustaining progress. The review highlights opportunities to adapt and contextualize these best practices to enhance educational quality and equity in other regions.
