Abstract: ABSTRACT A study was designed to examine the impact of organizational culture and its impact on employee performance in Diamond Engineering Private Limited, Mambakkam. The main objective of the study was to evaluate how organizational culture influences employee performance, analyze the motivational factor of employee performance, existing culture in the organization, employee performance towards clan culture in the organization. The study is descriptive research with the sample of 149 employees working in Diamond Engineering private, ltd. Data was collected by survey method through structured questionnaire with close ended questions. The primary data was obtained through questionnaire and the secondary data from the company records and websites. The data was analyzed using simple percentage, Chi-Square, ANOVA, weighted average method. From the analysis it was found that the employees of Diamond were aware about company provisions to their employees and their families, Employees are not much satisfied with company new and improved way of work activities, organization practices either clan culture tends to experience high performance, this type of culture encourages employees to be innovative and supports team work and coordination
