| Abstract: |
This study aims to identify the factors influencing the logistics service quality of J&T Express in Thai Nguyen, Vietnam, during the period 2022-2023, using quantitative research methods. Data was collected from 400 customers currently using the company's logistics services in Thai Nguyen, Vietnam. Convenient sampling method was also employed to ensure that respondents are proportionally representative. The research results will serve as a basis for providing recommendations to logistics enterprises, customers, and government regulatory agencies to enhance the quality of logistics services. |
