Abstract: This study focuses on analyzing anti-competitive agreements under Vietnam’s 2018 Competition Law. It clarifies the concept and identification principles of such agreements while categorizing common forms, including market division and price-fixing. The research provides a close examination of prohibitions related to anti-competitive agreements, aiming to safeguard fair competition in the marketplace. Practical impacts are assessed, particularly in terms of consumer rights and market development. The paper concludes with recommendations for improving the legal framework and enhancing enforcement efficiency, contributing to a more transparent and equitable business environment. |
