| Abstract: |
Administrative procedure reform (APR) is one of the major policies of the Communist Party and the State of Vietnam. APR has a significant impact on promoting socio-economic development, ensuring transparency, removing barriers, and reducing costs during implementation; it also strengthens the business environment and enhances the competitiveness index of each locality and the nation as a whole. This article focuses on analyzing and evaluating the current state of APR in Thai Nguyen province, highlighting the shortcomings and limitations in this area, and offering suggestions and recommendations to further accelerate administrative procedure reform at the local level. |
