| Abstract: |
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and the outreach of financial institutions on the effectiveness of ultra-micro financing. The research was conducted using a survey approach, the research sample was 194 ultra-micro business actors in Makassar City. Sampling was carried out using the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling explanatory techniques. Data is processed using WrapPls 7.0 Software.
The results of the study show that 1) Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of financing for Ultra Micro Enterprises in Makassar City. 2) The Outreach of Financial Institutions has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of Financing for Ultra Micro Enterprises in Makassar City. This study confirms that financial literacy and outreach of financial institutions play a good role in the effectiveness of ultra-micro financing which provides an understanding that financial literacy and outreach of financial institutions that are well managed will be able to foster an entrepreneurial climate as a pillar of the Indonesian economy.
