| Abstract: |
Immigrant women play a significant role in the socio-economic development of the country, but they are also a vulnerable group with limited access to social welfare policies. Lack of skills and opportunities for skill enhancement have made the work and lives of migrant women laborers unstable. This article aims to explore and propose solutions to create employment opportunities and vocational training for migrant women laborers in Vietnam. The research method used in this article is a synthesis and analysis of documents, combined with comparative methods and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the situation and challenges faced by migrant women laborers in Vietnam. The research focuses on analyzing the barriers and difficulties that this group encounters in seeking employment and improving their lives. Based on the findings, the article proposes several solutions to enhance employment opportunities and vocational training for migrant women laborers. The results of this research can support policy decisions and practical activities aimed at improving the living conditions and protecting the rights of migrant women laborers in Vietnam. |
