 Dr Aruna Kumari started her career as a lecturer in DIET, SCERT, Delhi. she taught in various colleges like Aditi Mahavidalaya, Shyama Prasad Mukherji College, Janki Devi Memorial College, Swami Shraddhanand College, School of Open Learning prior of Ph.D. She had taught in Mangalyatan University Aligarh and four Ph.D Research Scholars awarded Doctoral Degree under her supervision. She was awarded by International Award “Shiksha Bhooshn Samaan” from Tribhuan University Nepal. She has also worked in projects under MHRD and Department of Education University of Delhi. She has also participated in various Faculty Development Program organized by University Grants Commission and other central and state university.

3. Presented More than 28 Research paper in various National and International Conferences and Seminars.
